Thank you for shopping with Ticktives. We want every customer to feel confident and supported when making a purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most products within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
  • Returned with all accessories, packaging, and manuals
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged through misuse or improper handling
  • Items marked as final sale (if applicable)
  • Opened personal care items (for hygiene and safety reasons)

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team:

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • The item you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
  • A photo or video if the item arrived damaged or defective

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.


3. Designated Return Facilities

We do not accept returns to our office address, as this location is not a fulfillment or processing center.

To ensure your return is handled correctly, all items must be sent only to the designated return facility assigned to your order.
We will provide the correct return address and instructions once your return request is approved.

Items returned to the wrong address or sent without authorization cannot be processed.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request:

  • A clear photo or video of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or an issue on our end, Ticktives covers the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We cannot issue refunds for unauthorized returns.


6. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the designated return facility and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refund processing time: 3–15 business days
  • Bank or card provider processing time may vary

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
You may still request a return once the item arrives.


8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, please complete a return for your original item and place a new order.
